Package Your Fragrance

Carefully place the bottle in its original packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure it arrives safely.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
